The staff were very professional. The meats didn’t taste like smoke wood. The baked beans and macaroni and cheese were awesome. Everything was delicious

We met Trifonia at Sam's Club one day and my wife had a nice conversation with her. Little did we know her and her husband have a BBQ restaurant!! We made the 45 minite trip on a Friday afternoon and oh have mercy! Some of the best bbq we've had!!! Ribs were seasoned properly and the brisket was thin sliced and full of flavor. None of the bbq was over seasoned and was phenomenal! A quick note, we met in Lady Lake Florida and found out we are all from West Palm Beach! A divine appointment for sure! We will definitely add them to our favorites list! Thank you for such great service also. Come here and you'll feel like family.

Great food!Tender ribs that don't NEED extra sauce, but the sauce is also delicious.Awesome sides. Collards have a little spice, but done great and pair nicely with the sweet potato salad.Super tender and moist chicken that melts in your mouth.Just sad we don't live closer.Clean restaurant and family like atmosphere.

Stopped in for lunch and the pulled pork sandwich was amazing. Large portion for the price and super tender. I don’t eat collard greens, but my wife said they were outstanding. Support local business and get some crazy-good BBQ at J&T’s today!

J&T Smokehouse is absolutely everything BBQ should be! The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the hospitality is gracious.I ordered the ribs and chicken w/ collard greens and Mac&cheese. Not only did it come out with half a rack of ribs and half a chicken worth of mains... it came out with enough sides to ensure you weren't left for wanting. All of which came out on a pleasantly decorative plate. I couldn't have felt more at home.The smoke on the meats was done to perfection, leaving them flavorful and tender. Sides were very tasty as well, undoubtedly made with love.As an admirer of great food, I can say for certain that J&T Smokehouse stands above all the BBQ competition in Lake County.

Very good juicy ribs baked beans are amazing mac and cheese is good I live over in DeLand and with drive over there for the food again

I had the ribs and brisket while my wife had the dark chicken. Our sides were mac & Cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw. Yum yum. It was so good. The nicest ribs I have had in a while. My wife enjoyed the chicken, she said it tasty. People came in constantly asking for food and saying how much they enjoyed it. Go early as the bbq runs out quickly. We happen to get the last of the ribs. We enjoyed talking with the owner. Will be visiting again when back in Leesburg.
